Lou/Lucy Crow (they/them) was born in Nashville and lives in Columbus, Ohio. They have recently graduated from Columbus College of Art and Design with their B.F.A. in 2D animation
While attending CCAD, they animated for Sarah Pender, a Syracuse Alumna, for her film "Boxed In" in their Sophomore year. During their Senior year, they created an animated student film of their own, "B.A.C. Blood Alcohol Content," which was featured in multiple festivals. Another opportunity they had during this time was as a Student Animation Intern with Ohio State University's CFAES Knowledge Exchange.
After graduation, they served with City Year Columbus for a term from 2023-2024, giving back to the Columbus community and receiving mentorship in business, the arts, and non-profit management. During their service, they met Representative and Assistant Minority Leader Dontavius Jarrells of the Ohio House of Representatives and began working for his team as a Marketing Intern between April 2024 and January 2025.
